Illinois State Police Cruisers Voted Least Attractive In The US
The Illinois State Police have a tough enough job to do each and every day without having to deal with the inevitable onslaught of insults about their vehicles that they're going to get now that the news is out that ISP's cruisers came in dead last in an online vote of the best looking state police vehicle in the United States.
You may have seen photos or videos before about the supercars that some other countries have put into service for their police agencies, like Dubai:

The Top 13 Vote-Getting State Police Cars Will Be Featured In A 2026 Calendar--But Illinois' State Police Cruiser Will Be Nowhere To Be Seen
Each year, the American Association of State Troopers holds an online vote to award bragging rights and a spot in their annual calendar for the state that voters determine has the best-looking cruisers, and this year's vote drew in almost two million voters on their Facebook page.
Out of those nearly two million votes, the Illinois State Police cruisers grabbed a grand total of...wait for it...332 votes. Even the next-to-last state police cruisers from the state of Oregon got at least 500 votes. Ouch.
Let's See Which State's Police Vehicles Drew The Most Votes
According to the American Association of State Troopers' website, the fastest-growing state in the union also has the coolest-looking state police cruisers.
Florida is the big winner, garnering 58,399 votes. Doing the math, Florida only beat out Illinois by...58,067 votes. Not a real nail-biter.
In the number-two spot, Michigan grabbed 57,849 votes and Ohio had 25,505. In the bottom three positions with Illinois, we've got Oregon with 511 votes and Vermont with 548. (You can check out all of the cars by clicking here)
