Evansville Police Searching for Missing Teen

A teen has gone missing in Evansville and they are asking for the public's help to locate her.

In a Facebook post, the EPD wrote this:

The Evansville Police Department would like to request your assistance in locating missing juvenile Alyssa Mayes. Mayes was reported missing on 7/30/24 and was last seen in the area of Governor and Taylor. Alyssa is a 15 year old white female with red hair. Alyssa is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.
Please call 911 if you see Alyssa.
