The official holiday glow in Evansville will once again come from the 32nd Annual Ritzy’s Fantasy of Lights, which turns Garvin Park into a magical drive-through wonderland that, as always, supports the amazing work being done at the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center.

Experience the Magic of Fantasy of Lights

The Fantasy of Lights opens up on Thanksgiving night, November 27th, and will include a couple of very special guests. The Easterseals 2025 Youth Ambassador, Ethan Hills, will flip the switch at 5pm to light up more than 90 displays and 100,000 light bulbs - with the help of Santa Claus.  Garvin Park will stay lit up through January 1, 2026.

Ritzy’s Fantasy of Lights is open 5–9 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 5–10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Want to make it even more magical? Carriage rides are available every night. Admission is still just $7 per vehicle (with up to six people), and every single ticket helps Easterseals provide therapy and early education for children and adults with disabilities here in our community.

Fun for the Whole Family - Spot Andy the Elf

And YES, Andy the Elf is back, adding an extra layer of fun for families, and the chance to win some prizes. As you drive or ride through the displays, keep a lookout for Andy. When you spot him, just snap a picture near whichever light display he’s hanging out with and:

  1. Like the Easterseals Facebook page.
  2. Comment on the weekly contest post with your photo and Andy’s location.

Boom - you’re entered!

Get Active with the Bright Lights 5K

If you want to mix in a little holiday fitness with your festive fun, then plan on being at Garvin Park on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, for the Bright Lights 5K and 1-Mile Walk. For one night only, Garvin Park will open exclusively to runners, walkers, and those using mobility equipment – no cars or carriages allowed!

The 5K starts at 5:45 PM and includes a scenic loop through the dazzling light displays, while the 1-mile walk begins at 6:30 PM. Plus, there’s a Bright Lights Costume Contest, so runners and walkers can show off their festive flair with prizes for the best holiday outfits. And yes, all proceeds support Easterseals!
