The American Red Cross has big plans for their annual "Heroes" luncheon which is coming up on Friday, June 20th at the National Guard Armory here in Owensboro.  They plan to honor, posthumously, Neil Bradley and Joe Lowe, for their dedication and long list of contributions to the Red Cross.
