Owensboro Police say a 20-year-old male was shot and suffered potentially life threatening injuries earlier this morning. It happened at a home in the 1800 block of West 7th Street in Owensboro.

Christopher N. Clements, 31 years-old of Owensboro, has been arrested and charged with Murder in the shooting death of Dustin Walker, of Owensboro. The shooting happened in the 000-100 block of Hanning Lane on Sunday night.
