Participants in the 18th annual TREK for the St. Joseph's Peace Mission for Children will be proudly wearing orange and navy blue this year.  The Trek's t-shirt design for 2015 honors former Apollo High School student and Trek supporter Taylor Widmer, who was tragically killed in a car accident last year.  The shirts are awesome and here's a sneak peek!

This looks like absolute torture.  Have you all seen this?  The Buffalo Wild Wings Blazing Wing Challenge.  I had heard about it, but hadn't witnessed it in person until I watched friends and family members of Taylor Widmer brave the challenge in his honor.  Check this out.  These kids (and adults) were struggling and sweating.

Wednesday night was an incredible night at Buffalo Wild Wings at Towne Square North in Owensboro.  The restaurant unveiled a brand new, permanent fixture just above the main entrance.  The restaurant is displaying the Apollo Eagles football jersey of Taylor Widmer, a local high school student who was tragically killed in a car accident last August.  Here's video of the official dedication that too
