Thumbs Up for Lane

Here at WBKR, we are spending the next two days trying to strike out childhood cancer.  And every time we have our St. Jude Radiothon, we are always reminded of and inspired by Lane Goodwin, the young McLean County, Kentucky boy who, for many folks in the tristate, became THE face of childhood cancer.  We all remember putting our "Thumbs Up" and joining Lane in his fight against the mons

His story truly inspired the world.  When Lane Goodwin's "Thumbs Up" craze spread like wildfire through the digital landscape, I think every single person who heard his story was inspired.  I know that I was.  And Chad decided that Lane was the perfect inspiration for 2013's original St. Jude song.
