It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.  And, if you've driven through any local neighborhood in the last couple of weeks, you can tell that it's nearly Christmas time in the city!  All kinds of folks have decorated their homes for Christmas inside and out.  When I was a kid, we loved climbing into the car, turning on some Christmas music and driving around town looking at all the Christmas lights.  A lot of families still continue this tradition- through local neighborhoods and drive-thru events like Christmas at Panther Creek Park and Ritzy's Fantasy of Lights.

Well, this year, here at WBKR, we're doing something special.  It's a blast from our radio past.  We are bringing back Christmas Lights Touring Nights to provide you and your family the perfect soundtrack as you take in the sights, sounds and lights of Christmas.

Christmas Lights Touring Nights will air Saturday, December 12th and Saturday, December 19th from 5pm to 7pm.  Each show will be hosted by yours truly, Angel, Barb and Dave Spencer and we'll be playing your favorite Christmas songs as you drive around town looking at Christmas lights.  Plus, you'll be hearing greetings from fellow listeners and Christmas lovers right here in the tristate.  And we'll be sharing great holiday stories that will get you ready for the holidays.  After all, Santa Claus is coming to town.  He's made that list, he's checked it twice and already knows who's naughty and nice. LOL!

We'll here at WBKR, we've come up with something that we thing is festive and fun and we invite you to go for a "sleigh ride" and tune in on the radio or WBKR app!

Christmas Lights Touring Night is part of our Light Up the Tristate celebration sponsored by IBEW Local 16.
