It's back! To celebrate the arrival of Spring Break season, WBKR is bringing back one of our most popular contests. We're again giving YOU the chance to win a trip to Panama City Beach, Florida with our app-exclusive contest called BEACH BUMS! If you win, you'll get to spend 3-days and 2-nights in Panama City Beach, Florida at the Holiday Inn property of your choice- the Holiday Inn Resort PCB, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, or the Holiday Inn Panama City.

This week, we are taking the WBKR Morning Show on the road. I will be broadcasting live from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites on Wednesday, March 26th, Thursday, March 27th and Friday, March 28th.

Each of those days, YOU will have the opportunity to win your own beach escape so you can be a BEACH BUM too. Kinda like this . . .

HOW TO UPLOAD A PHOTO ON THE WBKR APP

STEP #2:

The BEACH BUM contest officially gets underway on Wednesday, March 26th.

HOW TO PLAY WBKR'S BEACH BUMS CONTEST?

However, you can go ahead and submit your photo so that you're in the running. We're expecting lots of photos, so go ahead and get yours to us.

Then, starting Wednesday morning, during The WBKR Morning Show, Mary-Katherine and I will send out- through the WBKR app- a photo of a randomly selected BEACH BUM. If that 'BUM' is YOU, you will have exactly 9 minutes and 25 seconds to call the WBKR studio line to claim your prize. The numbers to call are 270-926-WBKR or 1-800-844-WBKR. Or, you can simply reach the WBKR studio by hitting the CALL button on the WBKR app.

If you call in within that time frame to claim your prize, you are going to Panama City Beach. Florida for a 3-day, 2-night stay.

However, here's what happens if our selected BEACH BUM fails to call in and claim their prize.

WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR SELECTED BEACH BUM FAILS TO CALL IN TIME?

If our randomly selected BEACH BUM fails to call and claim their prize within 9 minutes and 25 seconds, Mary-Katherine and I will immediately select another contestant. The photo of the second contestant will then be sent out via the WBKR app and the clock will be reset to 9 minutes and 25 seconds. This process will repeat daily until we get a winner! We have THREE trips to give away- one Wednesday, one Thursday, and one on Friday. We'll share BEACH BUMS daily until we snag a winner. That winner could be YOU!

GRAND PRIZE CONSIDERATIONS

*Winners are responsible for their own transportation to the resort and any resort taxes and fees.

**The Holiday Inn Resort, The Holiday Inn Express and the Holiday Inn Panama City do give you the option of adding additional nights to your stay on the front and/or back of your selected vacation dates. However, those additional costs are your responsibility.

ADDITIONAL RULES & CONSIDERATIONS:

Winners must comply with all of the rules of the Contest, including, but not limited to, any restrictions on age and/or residency, and have not committed any fraud or deception in entering the Contest or claiming the Prize.

The winners must affirm and represent that he/she is not an employee or agent of the Station or any sponsor of the Contest and is not a member of the same household of any such employee or agent.

In consideration of the receipt of the Prize, the winners agree to be solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or other fees, including, but not limited to, any federal state or local income taxes, that are or may become payable as a result of participating in the Contest and/or receipt of the Prize.

The winners agree to allow the Station and/or its designees the right to use winners’ names, likeness, portraits, recorded voices and/or biographical material for an unlimited period of time in order to advertise, promote or publicize the Station and/or the products and services of any of its designees.

The Station is not the manufacturer or distributor of the Prize. With respect to any claims that the winners may now have, or that he/she may subsequently acquire as a result of the possession and/or use of the Prize, the winners acknowledge and agrees that he/she shall look solely to others in the chain of production and distribution of the Prize to the exclusion of the Station and any sponsors of the Contest.

The station makes no warranties of any kind with respect to the prize, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Station hereby expressly disclaims any and all such warranties.

The winners expressly release the station, and any sponsors of the contest, and their respective officers, directors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and employees, from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that he/she may have, or may subsequently acquire, as a result of participating in the contest and/or receipt of the prize.

No purchase is necessary to participate in or win WBKR-FM contests. Contests are void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Townsquare Media, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, vendors and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

The station is not responsible for telephone system or internet failure, or other inability of entrants to enter due to technical malfunction. This station is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail or for printing errors. No mechanically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted.
