ICE! Featuring DreamWorks’ Merry Madagascar

Chad, Dave and I have been in Nashville experiencing Gaylord Opryland's A Country Christmas since yesterday and I finally was able to experience ICE! This year, ICE! has an all-new theme....DreamWorks Animation's Merry Madagascar.Personally, I was really excited because Madagascar is one of Carsyn's favorite movies and I just couldn't wait to see Alex, Gloria, Melman and Marty!

ICE! takes two-million pounds of ice, hand-carved by 40 artisans, to create this amazing feature. ICE! now resides in the new 40,000 square-foot Gaylord Opryland Events Center. It's a very chilly 9 degrees inside!!! But, they do provide you with a very cozy parka fit for an igloo!! I loved the bright colors of the scenes and how realistic it was. Being my first experience at ICE!, I just had to try out one of the ICE! slides.....so much fun!!

ICE! is open now through January 3rd. Tickets are $24.95 for adults, $17.95 children (4-11) and FREE for children under 4.
