The Cauldron Chicago is a bar/restaurant that opened in April 2023 inside an old bank located at 1612 W Division St. in Chicago. It specializes in bringing magic to the real world and offers experiences you've probably never witnessed before.

The magical decor and charcuterie menu at The Cauldron Chicago is definitely something to check out, but the speakeasy that lies within the bank's old safety deposit vault is its real claim to fame...

The Cauldron offers a super cool Potions Class inside the vault where you can learn to make magical drinks;

I must admit that I only learned about The Cauldron Chicago because my buddy Joe Dredge from 1440 WROK happened to stumble upon it while in the city this past weekend. While telling me all about his magical drinking adventure Joe said;

A must for any Harry Potter fan (with money) drinks are not cheap, about 15-20 bucks a pop. Would love to return sometime for one of their group drinks served in a bubbling cauldron that I saw leave the bar, or even take a potion making class when you get to use their wands that "magically" turn things on and off around the restaurant.
