Mentor Kids 5K 2013 Coming In August!

The MentorKids 5K is not only a fun run, but also a chance to give back to your community by supporting the work of MentorKids KY! This year, on August 31st,  there will be both a competitive 5K (chip-timed) and a family fun run/walk. Registration is $10.00 for either the 5K and family course and each participant will receive a t-shirt and  complimentary breakfast after the race.

Check in begins at 6:30am Saturday morning, August 31st,  with the race beginning at 7:30am at the Owensboro Christian Church Rec Center.  The competitive race will lead, followed by the family fun run/walk. After the race, participants are welcome to breakfast, an awards ceremony and a MentorKids moment in the Community Center.

Awards will be given for Overall Male/Female, Master Male/Female, Grandmaster Male/Female and 1st, 2nd, 3rd for male and female in each age division.
