Ohio River Begins Flooding Smothers Park [VIDEO]

This is one wet Saturday with flood warnings and watches accompanied by severe weather watches. And then there's the Ohio River which has gotten tired of its usual confines.

As expected, it has now begun to flood Smothers Park in downtown Owensboro.
