Ohio River Way Up at Owensboro; Flood Warning Issued [VIDEO]

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning specifically for the Ohio River at Owensboro and the J.T. Myers Dam.

It's raining as I write this. It figures to keep raining for some time.

So then you have to wonder what we're in for downtown if the river already looks like this:

Flood stage for the river is 40 feet. The NWS expects it to crest Sunday evening at 44.3 feet.
