OPD Asking for Help in Locating Missing Person [PHOTO]

The Owensboro Police Department is attempting to located a missing adult, 18-year-old Jessie L. Jacob.

Jessie was last seen June 19th at approximately 7:30 a.m. in the 1000 block of W. 7th Street. He is known to have diminished mental capacity. All locations Jessie has been known to frequent have been checked and now the OPD is asking for the public's help.
