The Owensboro Police Department has added “SafeTrade” stations outside police headquarters, where citizens can complete online transactions in a safe environment.

Clearly marked and well-lit with cameras in the parking lot of the Owensboro Police Department (as shown in the photos below), you'll have peace of mind when meeting, in most cases, a stranger.
