We received a message from a listener who's desperate to find Rodge. He's a beautiful Persian who went missing on Thursday. A REWARD is being offered for his safe return.

When I saw the message this morning in the WBKR inbox, I knew that we had to help spread the word. I had a beautiful Persian, named Buffy, when I first moved to Owensboro and she was simply the best. I remember once when Buffy got out of the house, and I was scared to death. When Hurricane Ike hit Owensboro and power went out for days, we came home and of course everything was so dark. We opened the door and she got out and we didn't even know it. We frantically looked all over the house and she was nowhere to be found. Finally, I thought, where else could she be and looked in the driveway. She was literally standing on the porch meowing. Relief flooded over me. I just can't imagine what this family must be going through. Let's see if we can help! This is Rodge.

Rodge went missing in the Trinity Hills Neighborhood on Thursday, April 11th, 2019.

He's 7 months-old and will be very identifiable as he's a full-blooded Persian kitty. This breed, is not meant to be outdoors to fend for themselves, so we need to get him home.

Please help bring this baby back home. You can contact Lara at (270)316-9722 or Dustin at (270) 244-0388

$250 REWARD for his safe return. Please be on the lookout in the Owensboro area.
