Tonight's a big night for Sara Evans as she performs the ‘Star Spangled Banner’ on national television.

Yesterday, the singer shared that she is scheduled to perform prior to game two of the NBA Finals between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Miami Heat. The performance will be televised during the pre-game show live from the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, Okla, on WEHT at 8:50. I'll be long in bed by that time but look forward to hearing how she did in the morning. Join Chad and me. We will let you know. And, by the way, tomorrow begins the BKR Smackdown to select the top songs of the last forty years.

Whoo-wee that can sometimes result in a lot of ribbing if you make any big mistakes, or sing it in a strange fashion.

Now here's some more on Sara.

Immediately after her televised performance, the ‘A Little Bit Stronger’ singer will resume her touring schedule, with dates booked through the end of the summer. The singer is on the road promoting her latest album, ‘Stronger,’ which features the No. 1 song ‘A Little Bit Stronger’ and the Top 20 follow up ‘My Heart Can’t Tell You No.’ Visit her official website for tour dates and ticket information.
