The St. Benedict's Brew Works Monastery Beer Festival in happening in Ferdinand, Indiana this weekend and it looks like a blast! Everyone is welcome.

I admit I love an ice cold brew and it's exactly what's going to be offered for this fun festival! So, grab your friends and head to the St. Benedict's Brew Works Monastery Beer Festival at the Sisters of St. Benedict in Ferdinand, Indiana.

This is such a unique opportunity

A monastery-themed meal and beer pairings on Friday evening is on the menu, followed by live entertainment everyone will enjoy!

The meal begins with a happy hour from 6 to 7 p.m. EDT, followed by dinner at 7. At 9 p.m., Carrie Lyn & The String Getup will perform on the brewery patio.

The post-dinner concert is open to the public so come by and listen to the string band and their mix of Americana, bluegrass, honky-tonk and blues.

Beer tasting will happen on Saturday with more than 100 different beers from across Indiana, other monastic breweries and international beers. Something for everyone’s taste buds!

Tours of the Sisters of St. Benedict grounds and church will happen all weekend. On Sunday, you can tour Saint Meinrad Archabbey with an opportunity for Mass and brunch at the Abbey.


Tickets are $30 for Friday's meal and $30 for Saturday's tastings, which includes one-of-a-kind tasting glass. Or $50 for both days.

Optional Sunday brunch is $10.
