We all like to believe we are the best drivers on the road, but in Illinois it's pretty clear we are some of the worst drivers on planet Earth.

Somehow, Indiana managed to steal a spot on the list of the top 10 best states in which to drive. There are solid reasons behind the ranking, but I still have questions.
