The forecast for Thursday and Friday of this week is predicting the wind chill temperature to dip below 10 degrees Fahrenheit on Thursday evening and 13 degrees Friday evening.  This could affect many of the City's homeless population.

WBKR visited The Daniel Pitino Shelter Tuesday, kicking off our "It's Time" community service campaign and I think I can speak for everyone when I say, we left feeling extremely blessed and thankful.
