Tamarack Elementary Carnival

As the sun sets on the Tamarack Carnival, many are reminiscing about the laughter and joy it brought to our community over the decades.

The Kentucky Derby isn't the only long-standing tradition in the Commonwealth that takes place the first weekend of May. There's another popular event that takes place in Owensboro the same weekend.

The 59th Annual Tamarack Elementary School Carnival starts this Thursday. Special events include a Dollar Night, a chili supper and Bargain Bracelets.
