The Western Kentucky Botanical Garden Wants You!

If you love yard work, the Western Kentucky Botanical Garden needs you! They will host the last First Weekend Wonders of the season this coming Saturday, October 6th. The event is from 9:00am - 11:30am.

This is an event where the community comes to the garden to volunteer with the maintenace, which helps to keep down the cost of upkeep.

Bring your own garden tools or borrow some when you get there. Feel free to come for an hour and the whole event time!

After the work is done, a light lunch will be served.

The Garden is located at 25 Carter Road (near the Thompson-Berry Soccer Complex) in Owensboro.
