Although I don't regularly watch The Ellen DeGeneres Show, one of my favorite things she does is dance while circulating through the audience before sitting down and getting the show rolling. And how can you not dance along at home? I do! It makes me truly happy. Recently, DeGeneres opened up her YouTube page for submissions in "Ellen's Dance Dare" and over 5,000 have been submitted.

Not long ago, Western Kentucky University's own whatchamacalit Big Red got in on the action. Here's the original video, and it may be a little over eight minutes long, but believe me, it's worth it:

I went so far to post the video to Ellen's Facebook as I'm sure others did. Monday on Ellen's show, she showed the audience a compilation of some of her favorites and Big Red made the cut!
