It doesn't happen very often, but the #1 country song of 2010 never even hit #1 on a country chart. Lee Brice's "Love Like Crazy" debuted on the country singles chart in late summer of 2009 and 55 weeks later it was peaking at #3. Congratulations to Lee for having both the biggest hit of the year AND the longest running single in country chart history.
