3RD ANNUAL ADOPT A RESIDENT PROGRAM
Cabin Fever Embroidery & Gifts is asking for community support in adopting all of the senior residents at Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation and Sunny Acres Personal Care in McLean County.
Ok, McLean County! A resident and friend contacted me and asked if we would be interested In participating in an “adopt a resident” for Valentine’s Day at our local nursing homes, Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation, and Sunny Acres Personal Care. She had seen this being done in Ohio County and fell in love with the idea! It has been rough over the last year for our residents and I am all in. Now, we need your help!
We would like to send all residents a bear, balloon, and card! To be part of this all it takes is a $20 donation—you can PayPal (joestransmission@bellsouth.net) Venmo (@Dayna-Butterworth), call me (270-499-5013) with a card number, or stop by and drop it off!! We will deliver them to Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation and Sunny Acres Personal Care on Tuesday, February 14th, 2023.
Hopefully, we can put a smile on the faces of all the residents there!
If you are interested in ordering for a resident, you can contact Cabin Fever Embroidery & Gifts to bring a smile to somebody's face! What a beautiful thing to do.
