Some of my earliest memories are of time spent at my grandparents' and great-grandparents' homes. Screen time wasn't a thing unless I wanted to watch Red Skelton tapes, so I would explore instead.

Treasures at Grandma's House

My grandmother had an impressive vintage doll collection I would sneak and play with, and I remember trying to figure out how her old wringer washing machine worked without pinching my fingers. Her whole house was so full of treasures, it was basically an antique shop.

Owensboro Trading Post is My Happy Place

That's probably why I've always loved to spend time in places like Owensboro Trading Post or Consumer Mall. Treasure hunting runs in the family for sure. Now, my mom's house has a very similar vibe as my grandmother's, and mine is starting to as well. Do you have any special vintage pieces in your home?
