Right on Main Street in Beaver Dam, Beef 'O'Brady's is doing something a little different than what you’ll find at every location across the country. Since it’s a franchise, not every spot serves breakfast, but this one is stepping up because Ohio County needed another solid morning option.
You’ve got the classics people love. Including me! Biscuits and gravy that hit the comfort spot, pancakes that come out fluffy, and eggs done any way you want them. The traditional plate keeps it simple with bacon or sausage, plus home fries or grits, no fuss, just a solid breakfast.
And how about the omelets? Three cheese if you want something familiar, veggie if you’re keeping it lighter, or ham and cheese, and steak and mushroom when you want something a little bigger. And if you want everything in one go, the Southwestern burrito kind of covers the bases without overthinking it.
Sides are exactly what you’d expect in a good way. Bacon, sausage, toast, biscuits, grits, home fries, the kind of lineup that lets everyone at the table build what their bellies want!
