These Talented Meadow Lands 2nd Graders from Owensboro are WBKR’s Cash Kids
The Cash Kids are back here at WBKR and we're giving you chances to WIN CASH each weekday. Starting at 8:25am each weekday morning (April 4th through April 29th), the kids will be on air giving you code words to enter on the WBKR app or at WBKR.com. Those code words could snag you one of our daily prizes of $2000 or the Cash Kids rand prize of $10,000.
Each year here at WBKR, we recruit a fun elementary school class to join us for the Cash Kids contest. This year, Mrs. Goodwin's 2nd grade class at Meadow Lands Elementary School here in Daviess County stepped up to the mic. And they were hilarious and awesome!
Here's the list of students who helped us out for our April contest!

A big THANK YOU to Mrs. Goodwin for allowing us to come to her class to record. Heck, the kids even missed a school assembly to hang out with Barb and me.
And additional shout outs go to Meadow Lands Principal Kevin Lowe and Daviess County Schools Public Information Officer Lora Wimsatt for getting us hooked up with Mrs. Goodwin's class.
