The season of the pumpkin is finally here!  The time has come for our pumpkins to, "choose us" for the welcoming of Fall.  Everyone knows the orange Jack-o-lantern pumpkin used for carving, its iconic, but what about all those other pumpkins?  The colors and varieties are many.  There are options to gather pumpkins in Owensboro this season. Mums are available and many tasty Fall treats for snacking or taking home.

For adventures on the East end of Owensboro, www.reidorchard.com boasts another schedule of fun activities to enjoy under the blanket of Fall beauty.  Reid's is also a beautiful orchard and rents an event location for your own celebrations.   Generations of apple and peach trees cover the farm and seasonal picking is available.  Horse and Pony rides are available as well as a playland.
