Cheers to Beers on the West Kentucky Brewery Hop

Thomas Jefferson once said, “Beer softens the temper, cheers the spirit and promotes health.” We’ll drink to that! And there are plenty of places in Western Kentucky to fill a mug and enjoy local brews.

The West Kentucky Brewery Hop is a list of sudsy spots to grab a cold one...or several. With extra added perks for true craft beer lovers. There is a downloadable passport to keep track of the breweries you have visited or want to check out on future travels. You can even earn points to unlock "exclusive prizes." Here are the cities and stops along the way. 

A lot of these places have excellent live music scheduled and food menus that will make your mouth water! From BBQ, nachos, pizza, and wings to some serious gourmet grub. Ask a craftsman at each location for their recommendations when pairing what to drink with your order.

What I love about the official Brewery Hop website is that they also list fun things to do in each town if you want to make a whole sight-seeing road trip out of it. I think this would be a really cool and unique bachelor or birthday. Make a long weekend of it, draw straws for designated drivers and plan your route.
