This Louisville Christmas Coaster Is Luring Sightseers From Near and Far
When it comes to the holiday season, I am a Christmas light kind of guy. I love Christmas light tours. I love the creativity. I love the excess. Just bring it. It's Christmas, and you can get away with it.
Owensboro Christmas Lights
In my hometown of Owensboro, Christmas gives "license" to many residents to absolutely go for it with holiday lights and lighting designs. The Lashbrook home in the Stonegate subdivision is the stuff of local legend.
But the Hoagland house on Hillbrooke Parkway is giving them a run for their money. (Yes, I know it's not a competition, but it feels like one, and I think that makes it better.)
Off the top of my head, I can think of two other properties that cause drivers to slow way down. However, there are many more than what I've cited, and that's why Owensboro Parent has done us all an invaluable service by providing a light tour guide.
Kudos to Owensboro.
Christmas Roller Coaster in Louisville
I'm sure there's also a guide to Louisville's light displays, and I'm sure motorists are delighted by their experiences. But I want to shine a light (pun intended) on the "Christmas Rollercoaster House" at 6907 Green Manor Drive. It's not one you can ride, but it will certainly hold your attention and likely keep you at the Randy Schutte home longer than you had planned. He's the clever soul who put this together.

Happy Christmas light hunting, and Merry Christmas.
