Dan Hall of Blackford Creek Performs Original Song Live at WBKR [VIDEO]

Blackford Creek, winners of the 2013 Battle for the Big O, will perform Saturday night at the Boiler Room. Ahead of that gig and to promote it, the guys showed up at WBKR Thursday afternoon for a little preview.

First, I gotta tell ya, when I asked Dan Hall of Blackford Creek to do a song, he asked, "What if I suck?" And I asked, "What if you won the 2013 Battle for the Big O?"

I win.

Always good to have Dan and Daniel McDaniel--the other half of Blackford Creek--in studio and, in fact, this song was a Dan Hall solo effort. He'd written an original inspired by his daughter's love of The Wizard of Oz.
