The Daviess County Solid Waste Department’s “Trash for Cash” program is a great way to keep local roads clean while supporting non-profit organizations. Through this initiative, groups can raise funds by volunteering to collect litter and debris along county roads. Typically held in the spring or fall, participants select a cleanup date, with the county providing safety vests, trash bags, and all necessary tools. Here’s how your non-profit can apply.
