Kentucky Mom Shares Genius Yet Possibly Controversial Family Photo Hack

This parenting gig is no joke. Each stage presents its own challenges and blessings, of course. However, it all goes by so fast that you try your best to remember it all. I have thousands and thousands of pictures on my phone of my family and our memories both simple and special.

Half of those are my child making funny faces or just not cooperating with the sweet, smiling, joyful look I was hoping for. Usually, I have to either threaten him (never works), bribe him (sometimes works), or make him laugh (always works)! Well, almost always.

Scrolling on TikTok, I came across a video of a family getting ready to take professional pictures with Kentucky photographer, Jennifer Renee Photo. Mom, Dad, one boy, two girls, totally perfect and precious and wholesome. Everyone is looking lovely in matching Tartan.

And this mama is a genius, y'all. She has decided to let her kids do something they have NEVER been allowed to do before to encourage genuine smiles and laughter. They have permission JUST for this photo session to say cuss words.

The parents have no idea what in the world is gonna come out of their sweet angels' mouths, the kids are like, "Is this a trap? Doesn't matter, we are IN!" The toddler is not buying it, but toddlers will toddle! Anyway, watch and laugh along with them (NSFW, obvs). It's actually somehow still perfect and precious and wholesome.
