Fawn on Leash in Louisville Prompts Outcry, Kentucky Wildlife Investigating
Here's a good rule of thumb if you find a lost fawn, leave it be. The Yearling is a powerful story about a boy who raises a fawn and well, I don't want to spoil it, but things turn out shaky. Laws have changed since the book was published 80 years ago but it doesn't mean some people still think fawns and other wild animals are pets.
