Final Week to Win a Trip to Nashville with Airfare and Grand Ole Opry Tickets
Here at WBKR, we have partnered with Cape Air for an exciting new contest. Cape Air just announced flights from Owensboro to Nashville making them, like WBKR, your Nashville connection! To celebrate the start of flights this Wednesday (January 22nd), we're launching a brand new contest. We're going to give one lucky WBKR listener the chance to win a trip for two to Nashville. Plus, there's an added bonus. Your voice could be on the radio if you enter!! All you have to do is send us a short audio clip through the app. Here's how to do it and what you could win. But you have to hurry! This is your final week to enter.
To get qualified, here's what we need you to say . . .
HEY, THIS IS (insert your name here) FROM (insert city or county you live in). Then, give us some reason you listen to or love the station. Here's an example for you: "Hey, this Chad from Owensboro and I listen to WBKR because I love country music." Or, "Hey, this is Angel from Horse Branch. I love WBKR because their contests are a blast." You give us your name, your hometown and your favorite reason you listen.
HOW TO ENTER:
1) Access the WBKR app
2) Hit the menu bar in the upper left-hand corner
3) Click Submit Photo/Video
4) Enter the required fields (including phone number)
5) Click Select And Submit Media Now
6) Then hit Record Short Audio Clip
7) Record the script above and hit DONE
8) Then hit SUBMIT
We are taking entries until 11:59:59PM CST, Thursday, January 23rd, 2020. We encourage you to send us audio with your version of the script above. Make it FUN, make it NATURAL and make it YOU!
Then, during the morning show on Friday, January 24th, Angel and I will randomly draw one lucky winner from all the entries we receive. That winner is going to get the following:
2 round-trip airline tickets aboard Cape Air from Owensboro to Nashville
2-night stay at Nashville's Hutton Hotel (Premier Guestroom)
$100 credit to Mane & Rye Dinerant
2 tx to the Grand Ole Opry (artists subject to change)
Tour of the Ryman Auditorium
**WBKR reserves the right to use all entries for on-air purposes and by submitting audio you consent to allow us to use your clip on-air. But, heck! That's awesome right?? You're going to be on the radio!!**
And, remember. Cape Air begins roundtrip service from Owensboro to Nashville on Wednesday, January 22nd. To check out the flight schedule and make reservations, CLICK HERE!
