Henderson SummerFest: Live Music, Food, & Charity Fundraising

Our station is a proud sponsor of the upcoming Henderson Summerfest. Returning to Western Kentucky for its second year in a row, Summerfest, presented by First Federal Savings Bank, will raise money for a good cause.

There is no doubt that we love a good outdoor festival around here at the radio station but when you add in live music, delicious food offerings, and the opportunity to give back to local charities, we are 100% here for it!

Three Friends and a Vision

The vision of three friends and Henderson residents, SummerFest will feature live music with a focus on raising awareness and money for area non-profits. For 2023, Audubon Kids Zone will be the beneficiary of the annual event. While Summerfest is completely free to attend, the public is encouraged to make donations through the SummerFest website which will then go to Audubon Kids Zone.

What To Expect

In its second year, the Henderson SummerFest will offer up something for everyone. From the activities planned for the kids to the local delicious food options, and the vendor booths too, this is one event you don't want to miss. There will even be a beer garden for those over 21 and an incredible night of live music!

Live Music at SummerFest

Henderson SummerFest is right up our alley and we are proud to be the exclusive media partners for the event. The live music will kick off on the stage with Cynthia Murray and The End Times, as well as Xanderwolf before the headliner for the night takes the stage

Headling SummerFest

Snake Oil will take the stage later in the evening. The band which started as a way for its members to escape their other projects and blow off a little steam has blown up! Snake Oil has headlined all over North America and for one night only, they will unleash their Rock Superstars on Henderson performing as some of your favorite rock icons from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and beyond including:

The 2nd Annual SummerFest is happening in Henderson, Kentucky, on Saturday, May 20, 2023, and will take place in downtown at the intersection of Water Street and 2nd Street.
