Get Your Car Washed & Help Give Homeless Animals a Second Chance
This Saturday morning, I hope you'll stop by the WBKR studios for a car wash, a sweet treat, and a chance to help some animals in need!
SAINT (Saving Animals In Need Together) is bringing its Car Wash and Bake Sale back to the WBKR parking lot this Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until Noon. You can get your car washed, grab something delicious from the bake sale, or stop by and say hello and learn more about the work this incredible group of volunteers does for animals in our community.
Saving homeless animals is a passion of mine. They don't have a voice, and that's exactly why SAINT and its team of volunteer angels are so important. They step in when animals need help and work to connect them with the resources they need.
The money raised Saturday goes right back into that mission. SAINT uses fundraiser dollars for its medical fund, provides pet food donations to local food pantries and Meals on Wheels, supports the homeless coalition, helps with local spay and neuter initiatives, and so much more.
