Not the Smartest Criminal

See, the man police believe to be responsible for the theft of the vehicle this morning at the EZ Shop had just been inside the business prior to the theft. That's where the photos authorities are sharing came from. He was captured on a surveillance camera.

A Time and Place for Everything

I always heard growing up that there is a time and place for everything, and I feel like that expression really fits in this situation. See, not only did the guy walk into the shop full of surveillance cameras but (and this is where that time/place saying comes in) he was actually showing off his tattoos to the employee behind the counter... while he was on camera.
