House Move Gives Owensboro Residents Problems

Man, moving a two-story house causes a lot of problems. Tonight a house moving company from Indiana is going to move an Owensboro house ten miles at ONE mph! The fun starts at 7:00 pm and will last until around 5:30 a.m. Thursday. The house is at 5707 Highway 279 and is heading to its new location at 5206 Medley Rd.  Motorists who encounter this sloth will have to find alternate routes. And, that’s not all.  Kenergy expects some outages along the route as well. Disruptions of anywhere from a few minutes and two hours can be expected.  10 or more Kenergy workers will be stationed along the route. The rolling outages will help protect them.
