See Hidden Indiana Campground Located in a Beautiful Abandoned Rock Quarry
Two of my favorite things are all things abandoned and camping. If you add a rock quarry like the ones I went swimming in when I lived in Bloomington, IN, it's the best stuff ever.
One of my co-workers alerted me to this remote campground in Saint Paul, Indiana. The below photo was posted in the Facebook group Abandoned and Forgotten Indiana. Lance Rogers took this gorgeous photo.
It was captioned,
Decatur/Shelby county An abandoned stone quarry repurposed into a campground.
After seeing the photo, of course, I wanted to find out more about this incredible place.
