14 News is reporting that President Obama will be making a visit to the Tri-State in the near future. According to the report, the Evansville Regional Airport has been contacted by the Air Force One pre-planning group, although the trip has not been confirmed.

UPDATE: The President will fly into Evansville Regional Airport Friday, October 3rd. He will be taken to visit a business in Gibson County.
