Spirit Halloween’s Christmas Stores Are Expanding to Indiana

If you've ever wished Spirit Halloween could stick around after October 31, I've got some good news for you.

The company behind those pop-up Halloween stores is getting into the Christmas spirit, and one of its newest holiday shopping destinations is coming to Southern Indiana.

Spirit Christmas Expanding to 44 Stores

Spirit Christmas is returning for its third holiday season, expanding to 44 locations across 15 states in 2026.

The concept first launched in 2024 with just eight stores before growing to 30 locations last year.

Much like Spirit Halloween, the Christmas version takes over retail spaces for the season; only instead of costumes and creepy decorations, shoppers will find ornaments, Christmas decor, inflatables, animatronics, holiday apparel, stocking stuffers, and novelty gifts.

There will even be interactive displays, including the Candy Cane Express and Inflatable Land.

Where Is Spirit Christmas Opening in Indiana?

Indiana is getting three Spirit Christmas stores this year, including one in Southern Indiana, just outside Louisville, Kentucky.

The locations are:

• Clarksville: 945 E. Lewis and Clark Parkway, in the former Value City Furniture space
• Fort Wayne: 3958 Illinois Road, in the former Big Lots
• Hobart: 1916 E. 80th Avenue, Suite 14

For those of us in the Evansville area, Clarksville will be the closest of the three, although it's still a bit of a road trip.

When Will Spirit Christmas Open?

The Clarksville location is expected to open in November 2026, after the Halloween season wraps up. An exact opening date has not been announced.

If you happen to be someone who likes a little spooky with your merriment, Spirit Christmas even carries horror-inspired holiday merchandise.
