Looking for Affordable Summer Fun in the Tri-State?

If you have kiddos who will be home for the summer, there are plenty of fun, affordable things around the Tri-State to keep them entertained. I've never had the privilege of staying home with my daughter during the summer, but she gets to go have fun with friends, and I love that for her.

One thing they always enjoy doing is hitting the summer movies at the theater. Several local theaters offer summer movie programs, and AMC just dropped its summer lineup.

AMC Announces Summer Movie Schedule With $3 Tickets

Participating AMC locations are offering popular family films at a deep discount. Tickets are just $3 plus tax when purchased at the box office. If you buy online, there is an additional fee.

Families can catch discounted movie favorites at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. every Monday and Wednesday from June 22 through August 12.

The AMC Theater on Evansville's east side is participating.
