Kentucky already has, arguably, the top recruiting class of 2016 with McDonald's All-Americans Bam Adebayo, De’Aaron Fox, Sacha Killeya-Jones and Malik Monk, plus 5-star small forward Wenyen Gabriel.

But there's one more extraordinary talent on John Calipari's wish list.

His name is Marques Bolden of DeSoto, Texas and he has narrowed his list down to Kentucky, Duke, and nearby TCU.

Last Thursday, Calipari flew to Texas and met with Bolden and his parents. The meeting impressed the 6'10" center in that he likes the way UK is, as he calls it, "position-less."

To be fair, Bolden also had nice things to say about Duke, who is also recruiting him heavily.

You know who else is putting a Kentucky-sized bug in Marques Bolden's ear?

De'Aaron Fox, the All-American point guard who's already committed to UK.

Bolden has played with and against Fox, who is also from Texas, and they are longtime friends.

The Kentucky basketball season never really does end, does it? Those 5 months from November through March (or 6 if they get to April) when the 'Cats are actually playing games? That's just part of it.
