Usually in my Country-Fried Cover of the Week, I try to find amateur talent on YouTube and showcase them.  But not this week.  Ya'll know I love me some Kelly Clarkson and at a concert last Saturday in California she got country-fried herself.  And, naturally, she owns my cover of the week.  Check this out!  This is Kelly taking on "Wide Open Spaces" by the Dixie Chicks.  As expected, she drops it like it's hot, Yo!  ENJOY!
