Kentucky Mayor Goes Off on Residents ‘Losing Their Minds’ Over Trick-or-Treat Time Change

There really are so many things in life in 2019 that cause us stress. Turn on a radio, a computer, or a television and you'll see what I mean right there.

The mayor of Cynthiana, Kentucky, James Smith, agrees that we DO have enough to worry about without "losing our minds" over a trick-or-treat time change.

By now, we all know that the weather on Halloween isn't going to be optimal, shall we say.

Apparently, Mayor Smith, is getting it from both sides--those opposed to changing trick-or-treat times because of the rain and those who think it's stupid NOT to change the times because of the weather.

And, well, I guess he's had it:

Yep, he's had it.

The man knows how to make a point, doesn't he?
