Linda Smith Band “Rocks the River for Lydia”

Our friend Linda Smith, frontwoman for the Linda Smith Band, is gearing up for a big event Saturday night.  She and a host of other tri-state musical acts will "Rock the River for Lydia!"  Lydia Haycraft is a 6-year-old girl battling cancer and folks in the area have geared up to fight right alongside her.  This weekend, they have planned an entire day to help raise money for her treatment.  Take a look at the schedule of events . . .

The day begins with a classic fundraiser . . . a Poker Run.  Registration begins at 8am @ Rocky Point with the first bike scheduled to roll out at 10.  It's $20 per hand . . . or you can double up for $30.

Music begins at 11am . . . with acts scheduled throughout the day.  The Linda Smith Band will close the show at 9pm and then a DJ will take over for the nightcap.  Admission to the music events is just $5 per person or $10 per carload.

Food will be served throughout the day and there will also be door prizes, raffles and half pots!
