Okay, who doesn't love 'Little House on the Prairie'? If you don't, we're done! I'm kidding. I can't remember a time when I didn't watch LHOTP in reruns or when it was still airing on NBC in the early 80s. I've always been fascinated by the Oleson family of Walnut Grove: Nels, Harriet, Nellie, Willie, and later, Nancy. If there was one cast member who will never be able to escape her character, it's Alison Argrim aka Nellie Oleson, one of TV's original mean girls.

I've been following the actress on Twitter for quite a while now, and I think we interacted before, but I don't recall what it was about. The way she followed me this coincided with a tweet she sent out to fellow co-star Melissa Gilbert (I follow her too!) aka Laura Ingalls, Half-Pint, and Nellie's main nemesis. I found this hilarious video that a fan cut together simply called "Little House: Laura Stares down Nellie for 5 minutes".

She then retweeted something I retweeted (Twitter is not that complicated I promise) about Robin Thicke. Thus, contact, as my friends call it, was made. Today, Arngrim still acts occasionally, appears at various 'Little House' events and she is an AIDS awareness and child abuse activist. And sometimes, she will live tweet during 'Little House' reruns, hilarious!
